Hi, I am the HUMBLE CABBAGE, nutritiously healthy in your COLE SLAW SALAD and cancer preventive!

Take 1 small head of cabbage, shred finely
 Put me in a bowl;
 Sprinkle a little sea salt, a little pepper 
Drizzle a little honey and olive oil to taste
Mix in 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup mayonaise
Stir, chill for 20-minutes
Serve on a bed of shredded carrots and raisins

For more fun and delicious-ness, Add these secret ingredients: 
A pinch of whole or ground cumin seeds 
1/2 cup finely shredded red apples
1/2 cup finely chopped cranberries
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
