Apple Pear Cole Slaw:
Julienne 5-apple pears
Add 1/2 cup sundried cranberries or raspberries
Add 1/2 cup sliced walnuts
Add 1/2 cup sharp cheese (optional)
Toss into your favorite salad dressing
