THIRST-QUENCHING WATERY CRUNCH!
Eating Cooling Cucumbers soothes and cools body heat especially during summer hot weather
Eat the whole cucumber; ( skins, seeds and all!)
Has "Lignans" which helps balance hormones, hence
"cool as a cucumber"

QUICK THIRST-QUENCHING ENERGY-BOOSTING SNACK:
Cut cucumber in halves
Sprinkle natural cane sugar
