WILD RICE SALAD RECIPE:
1. FINELY CHOP 1-BUNCH FRESH ITALIAN PARSLEY
2. ADD 1 CUP COOKED BLACK WILD RICE
3. SQUEEZE 1/2 LEMON JUICE
4. SPRINKLE OLIVE OIL
5. SALT / PEPPER TO TASTE
6. ADD 1/2 CASHEW PIECES
