SUMMER MEDLEY SALAD
1. Take 10 yellow green beans, 2 green and yellow zuchinis,
2 carrots, one red onion, two tomatoes
2. Cut into bite size pieces
3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste
4. Sprinkle dry basil, sea salt, pepper and brown sugar to taste
MARINATE FOR 30-MINUTES at room temperature
Serve with garlic bread
