Jumpstart your day, feed the brain.
 Nuts rich in friendly, easy-to-digest protein-lipids:
Recipe
8-ounces almonds, raw sliced
8-ounces walnuts, raw sliced
8-ounces pecans, raw sliced
8-ounces pistachios, raw sliced

Mix together in a jar. Eat a handful first thing in the morning. Chew slowly.
Eat by itself to allow its dense nutrients to nourish your Brain-Body
